There is some ambiguity that I would like resolved please, if anyone happens to know for certain what the answer to this question is, not just speculation, because it's fairly important.

According to the main page, this ongoing sale ends November 25. But I noticed it changes every day at 9:00 AM (eastern time, USA), so does that mean that the sale ends at 9:00 AM on the 25th or the 26th (so that the entire day of the 25th is still part of the sale)?

If you want to be safe just make sure you've bought what you want before the day of the 25th.
It probably mean no new deal appears on the 25th as it would bleed into the next day.

^^ this. Warsaw time zone is CET (UTC+1). The cycle seems to start/end 3PM by that time. I think Nov 25 3AM CET the sale will end.

The sale ends at 9:00 AM on the 25th (eastern time, USA).

P.S. You can use the clock on the "Latest Deals" (now reading 6D, 22H, +) to gauge this.
