Like the title says, all of Arcen Games' games are 60%, direct from the developer. Just like GOG of old, you have to add it to your cart to see the promo price, and all the games are DRM free (other than a serial number that is activated in-game: no internet connection required. Can also be registered on Steam and Impulse, if you so desire). So, fill your boots with Tidalis and AI War expansions.

AI War: Light of the Spire is missing from my pack .And of course Tidalis .
Hey, cool. Finally bought Tidalis. Nice that I could activate it on Steam (this is precisely how I like Steam to be used; as an optional extra that you can use if you want the handy features it provides (such as access to your games through the Steam system and the neat community features).
AI War looks like SIns of a Solar Empire cranked up to 11. I can barely keep up with Sins...

A lot of people think that, but it isn't the super ridiculous micro management nightmare it looks like. You deal with moving big fleets, not worrying about thousands of individual ships.

I would definitely suggest trying the demo. If you like it, go ahead and buy, plug your serial key in to the demo and you've got the full game with no extra download requirement.

Demo it is!
Two questions:

1) DRM? (I assume none)

2) Steam is completely optional, right? (ties into number 1 I guess).

EDIT: I guess I should read the top of the page "There is No DRM beyond our simple license keys. Thank you for your support of our games!"
