The publisher and developer of top quality adventure games for PC joins GOG.com.
The GOG.com frenzy continues with today's announcement of another publisher joining the service. Thanks to the deal with Adventure Soft, GOG.com's games catalogue will expand with the addition of classic adventure games including the beloved Simon the Sorcerer series. You can get the first part of Simon's hilarious adventures right now, for only $5.99, and expect next games from Adventure Soft's catalogue to appear on GOG.com soon.
*Throws up*
Getting Waxworks the day it's out.
This....is...incredible.
I want to hug you all. I really do.

Cool. The Simon-games are classics (every fan of Monkey Island should try them).
I've always been curious about Waxworks. At this low price I'll probably buy it. Same could happen with Feeble Files (which I only really heard about because of the Amiga version).

With the magic they work....Waxworks is a wonder to behold for the horror genre.
Oh my gosh, it's Feeble Files! Oh my gosh, it's Feeble Files! Oh my gos....
Instead of singling out just one game, I'll go with: "oh my god, more adventure games!".
Wow, this is sweet :] I think I may just have to pick up Feeble Files.

Fantastic news will certainly be buying these games as missed them when originally released as had an atari ste/falcon and these games where not released on those machines
Elvira?!!! :)
Yes, yes, yes!! Adventure games finally! Woohoo!
This is great news. I look forward to playing Waxworks as I've heard about it but never played it.
If GOG keeps suprising me with all this great gaming goodness, I'm going to start getting used to it.
Keep up the great work!
That's huge man, I mean, huge :-D

I've heard of Simon (never played it, but I love monkey island so I guess I will love this), but never heard of the other ones... they as good as simon?
Aw hot DANG! This is good stuff. And thanks to ScummVM, which I'll wager is what GOG is also using, you can buy these games and play them on all kinds of devices with the right setup.
And I can't wait for Feeble Files...
EDIT: Man, these games are at much lower pricepoint's than what Adventuresoft was recently offering. I remember looking at Feeble Files a couple of months ago at their store for $20.
