I've stumbled upon a situation in the PC game Abuse where I cannot pass to the next level. It's level 15, I'm pretty sure it has to do with a bug of some sort, so I just like to pass on to the next level.
I've found this cheat: Level Select
Use the command line parameter -edit to get into the game in Edit ("God") mode. Press SHIFT+Z and then TAB to start the game.

but I do not know how to edit the game/parameter/whatever

anyone know how to do this?

To use a command line parameter in Windows, edit your shortcut (right-click on it, click 'Properties") to the game so that the 'Target' field under the 'Shortcut' tab reads:
"[game executable path goes here]" -edit

If it's a DOS game, just go through the regular method of running the game (navigate to folder, etc.). When you go to type the name of the game executable, eg. 'Abuse.exe', just add -edit after the name of the .exe.
eg:
C:\GAMES\ABUSE>abuse.exe -edit
