Crassmaster: Matrix Games works the same as EA's store, where they really don't work too hard removing download access down the road.

Navagon: I would prefer something a little more concrete. But then GOG seems to be the only place you can grab games with any kind of longevity these days.
Well, in the Matrix case you download an installer package that needs no online activation, so it basically works like GOG does.

Yeah, that always helps. But then it's mostly just down to it being a nice backup to have.

After all, even backups of DRMed games will still work okay after the download time expires.
