A week or so ago, I decided to update my profile after making an email migration from yahoo to gmail and changed my email settings. Normally, I have GoG set to "Stay Signed in" and Firefox to " Remember my Password" so I'm either usually logged in or the password is already there when I go to sign in. This was just some maintenance after deciding to download BASS. A few days later, when I saw Baldur's Gate, and Planescape: Torment released I returned to the site with the intent of buying some GoGs. But when I went there I wasn't logged in. I initially attributed it to the site change, so I went to log in and entered my email and password it gave me the "Username/Password is invalid." I realized I changed my email so I tried both just in case the change didn't go through, and neither worked. Then I tried going into the "Forgot Password" link, and through in both emails, and I got a "Please Enter a Valid Email address" response. So I put in every email address I had ever had and a variation of yahoo.coms and gmail.coms and nothing worked. So I sent in the support message, but I haven't received any word since.

How long does it typically take to receive support messages? I haven't gotten any kind of contact since I sent the messages, and I'm getting kind of irked that I can't take advantage of these sales.

My username was Falxix.

Any help is appreciated.

Here's a tread where we already discussed this problem. Sorry to say that there's basically nothing you can do than be as noisy as you can about this and support should then reset your password.
I see. Well that really sucks. Thanks anyway.

Edit: I did just receive a password reset notice. Only, it's for the temporary account I just made, FalxixThe10th. The account I'm locked out of is just "Falxix" and "Falxix" is the one that has the games I bought on it. I'm sorry if I was misleading.

Seriously, it's kind of a kick in the face to have a password request sent to this account, which is quite clearly the alternate I made so I could ask for help in the first place.
