Apparently I was the 4,192,078,901st person alive when I was born and the 78,628,703,408th person to have lived 'since history began' (whatever that means)
that's crazy... when I was born there were not even 5 Bln people alive on the planet. 25 years later and there are 7 Bln. so quickly

Considering half of this population lives in utter poverty, this milestone is not in any way a reason to celebrate.
