I thing he is not serious.
Fable bored me to tears, that game spent way too much time trying to be funny and badly failing (for me anyway), plus the whole overhyped "choices & consequences" were just lies. So I didn't even bother with the sequels.
I didn't play The Movies, the subject matter just didn't interest me.
He probably will make a $50k DLC, there's no reason why he shouldn't after all, but saying he will is just another of his publicity stunts, that's all.
And like the rest of his antics, it leaves me completely indifferent to whatever game he's making.
