Um, I'm pretty sure that if the paypal e-check bounces, you get your Steam account suspended until the issue is resolved....

In my case the bank just approves it then charges me an overdrawn fee, I've been 35 bucks overdrawn before because I forgot an ebay charge and never got anything bouncing
