EDIT: I accidentally uploaded a screenshot that didn't show the bug I was trying to highlight. I'll take the low rating for my mistake but this is a genuine bug and not a case of me misunderstanding.

There's a longstanding bug in the order confirmation screen where GOG will recommend you games you've just bought. I thought GOG had managed to include at least one game that I didn't already own in the recommendations, but no - it turns out Devil's Kiss comes free with Lair of the Clockwork God. So yeah, those recommendations literally equal the order I just placed.

EDIT: To everyone pointing out this is just showing my order. I accidentally cropped to the wrong bit of the screenshot when in a hurry is all. See the currently attached pic for one of many previous times this happened. This has been happening for a while now and I have a few screenshots of it.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but isn't that just how it's supposed to work? I thought it just shows the games you bought, not recommendations ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Aemenyn is right(if you mean the games listed in that pic)....the games shown on that screen are the ones one just purchased.

edit: The recommended games are listed further down on the same page, if you scroll down while that page is open.

They really do need to up their game recommendations.
But that would entail proper genres, categorizations and tags..
Which needs an overhaul of the site..
By hiring outside their specific city in Poland..

So, nope. Not happening.
It's literally showing you the games you just bought. It's not recommending you anything.
Did you actually read the whole text? o.O

To be fair, you've managed to find the one thing on the GoG website that actually works as intended!

As others have said, it's meant to show you the items that you've bought. Now, if it was showing you items you hadn't just paid for, then I'd be impressed.
Now I get how all the outrage tales start and spread.

This forum is just too far gone now.

You're right, I took a screenshot of the wrong bit. See the attachment for a previous time this has happened.

No misunderstanding, just bad cropping of the screenshot.

Just a mistake.

That's why the catte is sadde.

I've corrected my mistake now. Time for GOG to correct theirs. :P
Yeah that is weird. I don't think it shows up games I own as recommended on the storepage and individual game pages though, so maybe that only appears on the order complete page?

Tbf, it is recommending you stuff you're interested in....albeit a bit too late. ;)

(To avoid bugs andsimplify things, I usually just wishlist things I like during sales.....when I either don't like the discount or have too many games in the cart at that time or etc....or I look at the recommended titles on the game card pages)
