As I posted elsewhere, my file has 20+ hours on it, despite the game actually being rather short.; it's just so fun. The inclusion of queer characters is an added bonus, as it's something you don't see often enough even now.

Wizards and Warriors is a game I want to try: Should I try it? (Class change system + create characters midgame + new game + sounds like an ideal combination here; the game I am currently playing, Dragon Quest 3, has two of those things.)
Nothing really stands out as an individual title, but overall I am going to nominate the controversial decision to start adding hidden object games and visual novels into the catalog.

Personally I think that's 10 years too late, but better late than never, I guess.
UNAVOWED is the best adventure game of 2018.
ATOM RPG
Dusk
Detention

Oh, wait. Gog didn't release those in 2018, because their "curation" is fucking dumb.
Here's to hoping that this will change in 2019.

Huh... what *did* they release this year that I was looking forward to...

Shivers was long overdue and I'm glad it's finally here.

Mafia II was alright.

Indy 5 kinda sucks, but I'm still happy it's here because nostalgia.

Kingdom Come Deliverance is probably great, but my PC is too old, so I can't judge the actual content.
i got soldier of fortune 2. never played any of them but the second one seemed more solid, and I saw there is mods for it. will probably play later.
The Curse of Monkey Island!
