Whenever I see a new game released on GOG, I get a little disappointed when I don't see any reviews posted yet.
OK, if the game is released on GOG at the same time as it is released everywhere else, and there hasn't been a publicy available early access version, then those "instantanous" reviews would be a little suspicious.... but if it's a genuine "good old game", I don't mind hearing from someone who owns an old retail release if I want to get a better sense of the game.
I do accept that there may be issues with the GOG release though, and as someone who owns the original retail version of Bioshock for example, i never had a problem with it (other than the DRM), and I do accept that it's a different version to the "Remastered" version available on GOG. I've bought the GOG version as well, but haven't yet had a chance to install and play it and compare it to the original version... but I'm hoping we'll see the original version available here soon as well.
