So i tried to download this game yesterday through gog galaxy when my anti virus pops off and warns me of this virus "trojan.tr/crypt.xpack.gen" and asked me to restart my pc so i did and when i relaunched gog galaxy install was still going and it downloaded it again so i am 100% it was the game. Can this just be false positive or something

It's a false positive. If you're downloading your games from the GOG website or from Galaxy (provided you downloaded Galaxy direct from the GOG site as well), they're secure.
And if you're really, really concerned, there's always VirusTotal which can tell you which antiviruses are manufactured by idiots who never update their databases...or were paid off by antipiracy groups.
