Hi, I need help.
I am playing The X-Files: The Game, I have arrived, with the history of the game to find, for the first time Dana Scully in the hospital. After the whole dialogue is over, when I try to leave the room the game crashes.
I made the arrangements here, on the pcgamingwiki site, I installed QuickTime 7.78.80.95, and set the game to Best performance.
But unfortunately everything is in vain. The game crashes preventing me from continuing the story.
I tried to install QuickTime Lite 1.90, but the game crashes anyway ....
What can I do?

Thanks so much!

Have you made sure to install outside program files, e.g, c:/mygames
Never install anything to program files or x86

I installed the game on the secondary disk. Because you decide that's the problem, do I have to install the game on disk C?
The game is installed on: F: \ Program Files (x86) \ Fox \ The X-Files
But it must be installed on: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Fox \ The X-Files ??

No. Read again what you've quoted.

Ok! I'll rephrase it:
- NOT Program Files
- Just make your own folder
Ah ok now very clear. Unfortunately, the Google translator is not always accurate! ^ _ ^

Either way, the game unlocked itself. I did other operations, at stake. Very strange, I mean, an example:
I come to see you, and I say to you: hello how are you?
You answer: Well!
Me: I only came to see you, but now I have to go away.
Here if I try to leave the game crashes.
But if in dialogue, instead of greeting you immediately I say:
Are you OK? I'm happy! What did you do yesterday?
And you answer: Nothing new, I've been home.
Me: Ah ok! But now I have to go away, I had only come to see you.
In this case I can leave, because the game has not crashed ..... well, very strange.
