Xenus 2 is now available on Steam. Hoping for a GOG release soon. The problem is that it's missing lots of sound effects. You have to download some russian language patch to add sound effects and then download a community patch to fix even more problems. But if you like the buggy fun charming Boiling Point (Xenus) then this might be worth a try.
Xenus, sounds like a space flight game...

Doesn't appear to be though.

It's like a super low budget Far Cry.
Where's Boiling Point?

Oh, so it's just like the movie "Far Cry".

...you mean, a GOG release of this game?
These games are horrible broken messes. Why would anyone WANT them here?

I heard Boiling Point got much better after they released a final patch.
I liked Jim Sterling's video of the game, but yeah it's a bit broken.
The follow up game Precursors is pretty good.

Takes a lot of cues from Half-life and Deus Ex but is also open world and has space flight. I love that approach of throwing everything into the pot.

In much the same way that Stalker and Deadly Premonition were broken yet charming, enjoyable, and even fun. Boiling Point managed to be enjoyable despite it's problems. The devs seemed to make an earnest effort instead of some rushed cash-in of a trend. The broken state seems to be due to development problems and the publisher not wanting to fund development long enough. The sequel looks to be slightly improved over the original.

But I can't speak for anyone but myself. I'm the kind of person that prefers the old 1979 Dawn of the Dead with it's low budget and grass-roots production and cheesy acting over the flashy, polished 2004 Hollywood remake.

Romero's one is far better than Snyder's version. Just watch the scene where the "Redneck militias" shoot the zombies for fun :D
*nevermind, it was another crappy game*

In any case, the *developer* seems to still be around has a contact page. http://www.deep-shadows.com/#/en People could let them know they want their game(s) on GOG.

DS is dev, not publisher. GFI is the publisher.
