So someone I know is having problems claiming their stalker cd-keys on the reclaim page.

They input the code, do that stupid captcha thing, then they are on a page where it shows what game the code is for, and there is a CLAIM button and a CANCEL button.
When they click the CLAIM button (or whatever the name of the activation button is), they get this error:
www.gog.com/reclaim page says 'Something went wrong, try reloading'

Anyone know the cause of this and/or possible solution? because I don't want to go through gog support, gog support has not helped me in over a year with my various support tickets.
We are aware of this issue and will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I got the same problem. Can you tell by when you will have fixed this issued? Within hours, days, weeks ..?

Any info on missing private messages? I'm still missing many of my messages before the site update (the update that changed messages to chat).

If you must know, the ticket gog has not yet resolved:
1. records from my account disappeared... i want them restored.
2. 9 games are missing from my account, which I also want restored.
(one of your support said something like the payment was withdrawn for those 9 gifted games, and that gog stole them from my account because someone stole from gog, and that since gog recently changed the gift system <before, redeemed gifts had its own ###### different from the purchase #####, but now they are both the same> a side effect is it removed the records... you guys seriously need to fix the 'remove records' flaw/exploit of your new system/method. records should never be removed, just new records added to show an update to an exsisting record BUT NOT ACTUALLY altering the old record, just a new record indicating a change)

It sounds like those 9 games were originally bought with a stolen credit card and if that is the case, you should never expect to get them back. It sucks to lose them, but receiving stolen property is illegal, even if you didn't know they were stolen at the time.

I'd advise you to read up on the law, it is only illegal to accept stolen goods when you know it was stolen, otherwise the reciever is in the clear. (imagine all those poor orphan kids reciving stolen toys and food :( :(, arrest the lot of those kids, man you are one mean bastard :P hehe)
And in any case, gog only said the payment was withdrawn. Nothing mentined about fraud, let alone theft. (does a payment withdraw even be considered theft?)

And that is besides the point, gog removed records of the gift activation from my account nor did they notify me when they removed the games.
Without those records, how could i dispute gogs actions or make a claim or some other thing?
Luckly, I redeemed the gifts back when gog sent out emails upon gift redemptions, so I have those emails as proof of ownership.

Gog has no insurance? no system to protect themselves and their users?

Even if the buyer is ignorant of the good's stolen status, they do not get to keep those goods. If you buy a stolen car, completely unaware that it was stolen, do you really think you get to keep it after its status is discovered? No, you don't and your only recourse is to go after the person who sold you the car to get your money back in civil court. The same applies here. With or without those records on your account, there is nothing for you to dispute with GOG. Stolen credit card or a charge back doesn't matter, the codes you recieved were not paid for and are therefore not legitimate codes. If you bought them from someone else, they are responsible for refunding your money or replacing them, not GOG, so whatever records you have of that transaction are the evidence for dispute.

GOG is protecting itself by doing this. Depending on how you obtained the codes, you failed to protect yourself from being defrauded. That's not GOG's responsibility in the slightest.
@GOG: Can you make clear, pls, if something's wrong with the keys or if it's just an issue with GOG.com? With other words: Will it definitely be possible to redeem my S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games? At least that information would be nice as I didn't get a reply so far.

Just wanted to let you know that the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. keys (Call of Pripyat and Clear Sky) work as of today. Thanks @GOG support.

Chernobyl keys are working too, thanks, man.
HI fellas,

I hope I am posting this correctly. So I bought the key for WItcher 3 Expansion Pass on czech web called muve.cz. That site stated that their key is compatible only with GOG version of the Game and my original is the box version, which I understand is the GOG. But when I try to redeem the code on gog.com, the "Something went wrong, try reloading the page" message pops out when I try to confirm: It recognizes the game, it just doesn't let me through the last step.

What can I do guys?

Unless you have the Witcher 3 registered to your GOG Library, the DLC (Expansion) will not activate.
