Hey guys, ok so... I just downloaded gog galaxy to install the witcher 3. I started the download but I just realized that gog galaxy default setting is to install the game to C:\GoG Games\
download to C:\GoG Games\Downloads\temp

But the thing is, my drive C is almost full. Less than 30 GB (just enough to download the game; the witcher 3) I tried to change the folder's path via gog galaxy's settings but it doesnt wanna change the game's folder path.

I already stopped, exit gog galaxy, and then resume the download but the folder path is still in C:\Gog Games\Downloads\temp

What should I do? should I just exit gog galaxy, and then cut / paste the download folder to the new drive or just wait til it's finished downloading? I'm afraid that I'll mess up the installation files.

Just delete what you've downloaded so far and re-download, always the quickest solution.
I tried moving the entire game folder of a game before and it didn't end well, perhaps I did it wrong, I don't know, you could try but I can't say whether it'll work.

Delete everything with Galaxy,otherwise it will still default to C:Drive.
Check Registry also.

Edit:Be very,very careful in Registry....

How do I change the installation path? The Galaxy client is in my F: drive, but the Witcher 3 is trying to download to my C: drive. I'm not seeing in the settings how to alter the game installation path.

All Galaxy settings are in the same place. What is your Install game to path?
