I fed up with superheroes, but the Wonder Woman trailer is quite cool.

Wasn’t feeling the Justice League trailer. Marvel developed their characters first, and then threw them in a big movie together to give them a new dynamic and see how they play off each other. Justice League puts the cart before the horse – I know so little about these characters, or at least their movie incarnations.

The Wonder Woman trailer was cool though. There seems to be a resurgence in the World War 1 setting between this and Battlefield!

That's a valid concern, however, for one thing, doing the exact thing Marvel did is hardly the way to go. A different approach is a necessity. Also, it's not like a team movie without characters having solo movies before can't work. X-Men didn't have a problem with that, and going into JL we'll already know Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman from previous movies, so that will only have Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg to introduce. For another thing, it looks like at least partailly the inspiration for the movie is the Justice League origin story by Geoff Johns from 2011, that had the characters come together while mostly unknown to each other and the public, and also served as Cyborg's origin story (and for all the shit I give the New 52, that storyline was actually pretty good). So it's not an unprecedented or necessairly problematic approach.

Also, I guess we should mention the Lego Batman Movie. I was not looking forward to that one (I didn't like the Lego Movie as much as most people seem to), but the trailer is actually really fun. Having a silly comedy family Batman films and serious, darker films from Snyder and Affleck sounds like a good idea for everyone to get what they like.

Elmofongo: You Anti CGI snobs just cannot realize that there are things that HAVE to be done in CGI these days.

Gersen: Saying that something is "too CGI" doesn't necessarily mean being an "anti-CGI snob" but simply that the CGI are too obvious and don't look good.

I am not against CGI when used properly but here I tend to agree with Emachine9643 that the CGI for Cyborg in this trailer don't look very good, they look kind of "low poly", but maybe it's only because it's a first trailer and they will improve/hide that in the next trailers or in post-production.
This right here. I feel that the CGI doesn't blend in well with the rest of the scene. It just looks off.

CGI can be a good thing, if something can't practically or convincingly be realized through practical effects or prosthetic makeup, but some modern films just suffer from CGI overuse. A prime example would be The Hobbit when compared to the LotR series.

You can blame Lord of the Rings itself for that:

I just hope nobody mentions Martha in either of these movies. :D

I seriously hope we're beyond "Martha" at this point AND the whole heroes-fighting-heroes business. Let's get back to fighting bad guys, shall we?

Breja: ...The Harry Potter spin-off trailer has the same issue with unfinished/unpolished looking CG, and even Elmofongo admitted that. If anything I'm pleasantly surprised with Wonder Woman looking pretty much good to go.
That's hard to believe. I always imagine him gushing even over Die Another Day CGI. :-p

Oh my, that was awesome.
Both look great but I'm probably not qualified to have an opinion because I don't think in binary terms of "best movie ever for today or it's trash because it didn't meet my unrealistic expectations" .
