btootz: Did anyone else have this problem? I just bought 2 gtx 970's and I input my code that that with one of them. I instantly got the email from nvidia saying my code was redeemed but nothing from gog yet. Has anyone else successfully redeemed one of these yet and if so a) does the game appear in the library now or upon release and b) how long did it take to receive the confirmation from gog.
I see that the game hasn't been added to your account indeed. The game would have been added automatically when you got redirected to GOG and either logged in, or created an account.
Did this happen on Monday, perhaps? We had a huge giveaway over the course of a few hours, which caused massive server load on our end and might have prevented the codes from being fully redeemed.
We have talked to Nvidia and, with the help from some of our users, they have identified a number of affected codes. These codes will be unlocked within the next 12 hours or so. Please try again later today and, if it doesn't work, either create a Support ticket, or send me a PM with the code. We'll sort it out manually with the nice folk from Nvidia afterwards. ;)
