I bought witcher 3 expansion pass,and it was said it will come with codes for witcher 1 and 2, I already have them,but I would like to gift them,where will I find the codes?

When did you buy it? The offer was valid to everyone who had bought till 8 June.

In that case, the codes should be found in the Expansion Pass box of your library, but they are only visible through a browser and not through the Galaxy client (for some reason). If they are still not there, you should contact support by going here, selecting "gift/promo code issues" as the problem type and explain to support that you can't find your codes, even though you bought the expansion pass before the promotion ended.
