I have Witcher 3 on GOG been playing it for the last 2 days now it won`t launch at all. Everything i have on steam works fine nothing on GOG works???

Are you getting any errors? What happens when you launch the game from the shortcut?

nothing i get the egg timer for a bit then it disapears and the Witcher 3 start icon turns green again.

Are you experiencing this only with The Witcher 3 on GOG, or do other games from GOG experience this as well? If you installed The Witcher 3 manually from the standalone installers, try uninstalling and reinstalling it in case you've encountered hard disk corruption or similar. If you installed with GOG Galaxy, go to More->Manage...->Verify/Repair to ensure your game installation isn't corrupt.

Also try exiting Galaxy completely and restarting it. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling it and reinstalling Galaxy, that solved a number of issues I had here.

Just out of curiosity, what are your system specifications --more specifically your OS version, graphics card and level of DirectX?

I have done a verify repair and it found nothing from what i can see.

Im running on a AMD FX 6100 over clocked to 4.2Ghz Gigabyte 7970s crossfired and over clocked to 1200 clock 1600 memory
8 Gig Ram

The game has been running fine on ultra settings @1080p 45-55 FPS Hair Works off

I'd recommend re-configuring the system to regular-clocking across the board just for diagnostic purposes to rule out overclocking related issues being involved.

You might also consider configuring Galaxy to not auto-update the game, and reinstall the game manually from the standalone installer and upgrade it to the 1.02 patch and test to see that the game runs. Then manually patch 1.03 and try again, then 1.04 and try again. It's possible that the game worked at one point but one of the patches may have changed something that possibly causes a problem on your system. This might help diagnose that.
