i have W3 GOTY edition on steam and i had connected GOG.connect with steam, but still i do not receive the claim option. Can you support on this please?

For those of you interest, you can go to GoG.com/connect to activate your claims and see if it works.

You don't use Connect to get Witcher 3. See the link below for more info:

I had solved the issue, it seems the website GoG.connect isn't working even though it display connection is made with Steam. However from the GoG Galaxy menu, with manual selection i found out that the connection isn't made so i just click it. (see attached picture).

Hope this helps whoever is encountering same issue as me.
