Hi, does anyone know if you got a Witcher 3 key through Nvidia's promo thingie, and you go out and buy the physical CE instead, will it be possible to f.x. give the Nvidia key to a friend or such?

I know Blizzard does it, but will it be possible here as well?

Sincerely

GhostHuntr

Yup, of course you can. You get a separate key from each (one from the card and one from the physical disc).
Edit: Assuming you haven't redeemed either of those keys. If you did, then you can only give the one you didn't redeem.

Hmmm, that sux, since the Nvidia key is already bound to my account. I won my CE so I couldn't know that it would happen.

With Blizzard you'd get a new key for the normal version if you upgraded to CE, so I'd hope they'd do the same here :)
Contact support. See if they can help.

Assuming you haven't downloaded anything from Witcher 3, you could contact support, select "order change (from regular to gift order)" as the problem type, explain the issue, and hope for the best.

I'm sure GOG customer support will be happy to help you with this. =)
Isn't the CE Key the same as an regular GOG key?

Not 100%. In most territories it would be and GhostHuntr won't have a problem with it, but redeeming the GOG key from a physical release in the Middle East territories will net you the censored version.
