Witcher 3 has leaked and its all over the internet and short of turning off your internet your bound to be randomly spoiled..

GoG release your GOG PC version asap to fix this massive blunder...

Your core fans started on PC and will finish it on PC
Doing a quick search looks like it was leaked in United Arab Emirates, the PS4/XBone versions were released early there. I doubt it's going to be a big problem globally. Spoilers are usually pretty easy to avoid unless you go looking for them.

It was released early in the arab emirates? Why?

And what's the point of putting pseudo-DRM on the disc if this happens anyway? Oh, right, DRM doesn't work, I guess pseudo-DRM not working either is not a big surprise.

I don't live in a dark cave with 1 or 2 friends, I still haven't been spoilt witcher 2. I'm sure you can last a week.

Piracy is great on PC, but consoles seems to have everything with a month before launch on the respective platform...:(

And we get DRMed to stone age, while those guys...
Yes, there's no point not to release it now. Even because some people already posted pics for Witcher 3 console version being sold in store. So basically now only legit users miss the game. Great job, CDPR, if your goal was to avoid piract, well, I think you failed totally, since again only honest users at the moment can't play the game.

Won't happen, simply because CDPR is bound by contracts with publishers and retailers. The game is set to be released at an advertised date both in store and digitally, and the two must align with each other or they will no doubt break binding contracts that could cause a mess of legal trouble.

Ummm, this seems to be a console leak. I don't think that PS4/XB1 can play pirated copies for the time being.
That really sucks! I am not worried about spoilers waited 2 years for GTA V on PC and didn't have story spoiled.

I have never found that people go around randomly spoiling games. I still know absolutely nothing about Witcher 2, to pick the obvious example.
Crap, I was just sitting on the throne when some shady beast man snuck out of my toilet and whispered the Witcher 3 ending to me, now that it's been leaked.

Looks like CDPR just needs to pack their bags and go home.
Even if it's (almost) nothing to worry about, being an (yet) unpirated version of the latest consoles (so you still have to buy it in order to play it), I really don't understand why it's released there "early".
These things should have the same global release date. Period.

In my experience it happens quite often... but it's mostly on Youtube's comments or similar "unmoderated" comment sections, so if you don't go looking for too many Witcher 3 videos or read too many user comments on random gaming sites you should be safe.
Ugh, that's pretty shitty... but it does happen from time to time.

Indeed, GTA5 has been out on consoles for what, a year and a half now, and PC for just under a month? I haven't heard or seen anything to ruin the game anywhere really. Hell, 99% of the games I buy have been out for months to years and any secret they might contain has been published on the Internet for ages and unless I purposefully go looking for it I'm unlikely to see it, that's been my experience.

But such games are fun to play anyway even if you know some things about them. I wouldn't be surprised if the leak ends up increasing sales anyway, hopefully it does. Still shitty to have the cat out of the bag though.
Everything leaks at some point.. insanity once again but good to know to not read anything even helpfull sentences when you are stuck with crapper and a plane. "Too much load" "That's what she said"

I don't never understand why somethings leaks.. Weak persons all around? Also it always could be that marketing but still i'm getting bored to screenshots.. i just want to play the game and if it is bad or god let me tell you what.. I will come in here and get typing.
