I bought Witcher 3 over GOG, installed it, and after instalation if i start the game it works fine, but if i want to start the game with shortcut it wont work. Desktop icon is not connected to anything, and i cant find game exe file anywhere... i am using Windows 10. First time GOG user, and already problems... -.- Any1 have solution for me?

Inside the folder where you installed the game, should be a bin\x64 subfolder. Look there for the exe.

I wonder if this is another case of "Witcher 3 installs an old version of Galaxy client, which fails to run"?

I told GOG that they shouldn't embed the Galaxy installer to the standalone game installers (e.g. because it would become outdated quite fast as Galaxy is getting frequent updates), but did they listen? Nooooooooooo,,,, *SPLAT*!
