The EGS version is also DRM free (many of them are...), but i dont want to go through their system...thats the only reason why i havent snatched it up yet...

Well I think the money point could be said of all publishers who don't put their games on GOG - they may consider the amount of money likely to be made here not worth their time (time that could be spent on ways to earn much more money elsewhere).
