I don't mind the updates in and of themselves, but I definitely want to give MS a big ole slap for taking away the option of being able to choose for myself when to download and install said update. Just because average Joe is a complete dimwit about keeping his computer safe, shouldn't mean they need to punish those users who actually know how to use a PC effectively and appropriately. No to mention, those times when Win10 decides to update itself even after I set the non-update time window for that time of day. Ugh!

You could've saved yourself a little work in the title and left out Updater.

Hehe! It certainly needs some tweaking for me to live with it but then, so do all OSs.

Let me give Linux Mint a bit of the medicine too: The updater is really nice for my use now BUT it seems to be too discrete and unintrusive for some of my aquaintances as they never update at all.
