shiffd: That is not the library page.

swatkat: Keep Win7 for games and use dual-boot if you want to be a beta tester for 10 :)

1. You never mentioned the word "library" in your first post.

@GOG staff (if anyone saw this) add to the library when I click on the game, instead of just 'windows' some note or indication of WHICH windows versions the download is for, not just 'windows' since its not a download for any windows, just some of them.
2. There's a filter in your library under "System" that shows only which games have been tested to work on Windows 10.

To me it seems like you're pretending and assuming a lot of things in the wrong way without looking closer. There is enough indication and ways to see which games are Windows 10 tested.
There are two directions I can point you in:

Firstly, http://www.gog.com/forum/might_and_magic_series/might_magic_ix_and_windows_8 : Where there's a problem with a game under Windows 10, that problem will 99% of the time also exist in Windows 8. There's a link to a Compatibility Toolkit patch that fixes the window border problem.

If something doesn't work under Win10, it may be a bit premature to go searching for assistance, given that Win10 is relatively new. Instead, search for the game name and "Windows 8".

Secondly, dgVoodoo is your friend. It is especially useful for LithTech games (which seem to struggle under Win8 and Win10), and can help to run the game with a degree of stability under Win10 (not by much though).

Thank you,
Yes I could see that 8 had a similar problem and I looked through/tried some 8 fixes...what fixes in 8 seems not to in 10 sometimes. 8 and 10 are similar it seems...which is sad/scary since 8 was massively unstable in so many ways...I had issues with windows 8 crashing my machine over and over. I tried to contact windows about it and they blamed my machine/hardware...I was gonna wait to get 10, speciifcally because I thought/knew that compatibility would be an issue (and I thought they might also strip out EVEN MORE of the normally free stuff that use to come with windows, like media players, editors and burners/builders)....Upon upgrading to 10 my machine instantly stopped crashing, which I was hoping would happen, was correct. And here the windows people kept trying to get me to drop 200bucks on them for a tech support plan AND kept blaming my hardware LOL.

Anyway W10 handles drivers very differently than W8, but I guess its closer to 8 than 7....and 8 was crap. I was hoping that W10 would be start-over where they built on XP and gave up all the mistakes of 8, and maybe 7 too....

As for as the 2nd link you gave me. I don't like using tools which make hardcore edits to my machine or require me manually installing and wrapping stuff etc... I just worry about it messing up my machine and affecting other programs, like stuff I use/need for work. Still though, its a helpful set of links.

THank you.
