It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

It's been like this for about 2 years. Will it ever get fixed?
Well I'm not one for leaving game reviews, but adding stuff to my wishlist is something I do.

I'm logged in and when adding a game to my wishlist I'm never bugged with another login prompt.

What you've failed to mention is whether you're using a browser or you're using Galaxy.

Do you log in before you go to the game page where you want to leave the review or add to wishlist?
Which browser are you using?
Do you have any script blockers like Privacy Badger or No$cript running?
Do you allow third party cookies on the GOG site?
Do you allow GOG to remember your login status?

Sounds like your session data isn't being properly read/recognised/kept in both Galaxy's chromium and whatever browser you use as well. I can't fathom what could be causing it unless there's some sort of connection/security issue which impacts both your browser and Galaxy.

The only time I get a login warning for a wishlist addition is when I'm too quick on a page load / an odd occasion when the page timed out without loading fully.

It seems someone else had something similar:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/log_in_loop

That guy seemed to think it might have been a home network issue. Probably something isn't allowing the page assets to load 100%.

No. Just ignore it and reload the page.
