A garbage sim!
There is currently a graveyard sim and, despite some serious flaws, is very popular. Well, how about something similar but for trash?
Think of how much trouble you go through taking care of trash in Sim City 3 and 4. I think it deserves it's own game.
Design your own facilities, compactors, incinerators and if George Lucas promises not to sue, design your own monsters to live in them. Take Mafia contracts, help money hurts rep. Take bribes from industrialist or go the green route. Possibilities are limitless!
