So I decided to check it out, and within a few minutes of opening the program I found it had installed two games on my computer (Deathtrap Dungeon and Fantasy General) without me knowing, until I saw the shortcuts on the desktop. Never once has Steam done something like this. This program has gone from "I might keep it installed for the few games that it uses for multiplayer functionality" to "I'm never touching this piece of shit ever again".

It does not install them automatically no, it detects them... you must have installed these games with the newer standalone installers which include files to let Galaxy detect them automatically.

This is a feature for people who use the standalone installers but also use Galaxy...
