What is footprint.net?

When I download games from GOG this site is mentioned as the source of the download instead of www.gog.com when I look at my download history in my web browser.

Is this normal or has something gone wrong?

EDIT:
I've attached a screenshot to this post better explain what I am talking about.

Just downloaded the same thing (Gothic 2 Soundtrack) and yes it came from footprint dot net. Weird.
I just contacted the staff and what they said is that:
Hey, it's perfectly normal. It's just one of our CDN (content delivery network) servers :)
So it sounds like everything should be good.

I figured it was better to mention the oddity than just ignore it, sorry for the false alarm.

SpellSword: What is footprint.net?
A CDN (Content Delivery Network) where GOG puts their large files not to overburden their own infrastructure.

SpellSword: this site is mentioned as the source of the download
The domain name is something like gog-cdn-lumen.secure2.footprint.net

It's a content delivery network from Lumen Technologies (formerly Level 3 Communications).
Thank you for the information.
