I search for a game and wishlist it. Then I am taken to the sign in screen. After signing in, I am NOT returned to the wishlist it otion. Instead, I have to perform another search for the game I searched for in the first place. Then, and only then, can I wishlist it.
This is my ONE AND ONLY gripe about GOG. Surely you folks can write a script that places one at the point before signing in??!!

Sadly, it's one of GOG's rather common shortcomings - introducing bugs while fiddling with something else. This one was introduced five moths ago; it used to work the way you want it before that. Unfortunately, while it has been acknowledged, fixing it is of no priority.

I hate it when customers form feature requests as a question with the intention it coming through as a bug so they being able to not give money.

You could simply sign in beforehand or just dont sign out.

In web programming jargon we call that cookie-induced amnesia. Jokes aside, I don't think they're doing logged-out session tracking any more, or perhaps they're resetting the entire session on login.

The latter is, in itself, a good security practice, but I see your point. I'd also expect it to remember what you were doing if it prompted you for credentials in the middle of something.

One more thing for an ever growing GOG "to do" list I guess.

I see your point (a very valid one, like everyone else said), but I think you should be able to press the <- button on your browser (or hit backspace on your keyboard) and return to the game page you visited earlier. Since you're logged now, the game page should reload with you logged in.
