That sounds terrible but know this - I've pretty much limited my interaction on GOG for the past couple of years to a very particular group of esteemed ladies and gentlemen in the mafia community and have been having a blast. I don't even know what's been going on in the other parts of the forum - that's how nice these people are. So, consider sticking around with us and it's likely you'll just forget you have been pursued and insulted based on who you are IRL as no one here will do so, I assure you.

I can not understand why someone would do this. For me your origin is more of "Ah he is from there." *Shrug*
than anything else. Actually I began with you saying this to recocnize consciously, that you are someone from Turkey. Until now I always had to think about US with their thanksgiving and the celebrationturkey.
For me until someone is an asshole he is just an alias on the forum for fellow gamers and I rarely even conscious recocnize the region there are from for some seconds.

Yes, with 2 Mafia players the effective formula won't even be close to 50% till we get much more.

Day chat is the equivalent to another 1/2 a mafia player so 3/2 v 7 would probably swing it too far the other direction and end up with an OP mafia again.

I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience on GOG overall, but please reconsider staying on gog in the mafia sub-community. We avoid all instances of name-calling and hating due to location, nationality, race or creed inside this community, no matter what is the forum as a whole. Honestly, I have stopped using much of the forums except mafia (partly lack of time, partly being frosted with the attitudes on display elsewhere by some of the non-mafia-players.) I can recommend this as a stress-free approach to the forum. There has only been one or two unpleasant instances in the last year that I have been playing, and that has been more due to one particular player who rarely plays with us and isn't in this game.

Korotan spoke, as far as I know, for us all when he said that anybody's location etc means nothing to us except as a interesting tidbit to be remembered for time-zone discussions, or to keep in mind in case of a potential language-or-translation-based misunderstanding-of-idioms if one arises, as has once or twice due to dedoporno or blotunga (I forget which, sorry @dedo and @blot) being from Eastern Europe and another player using a local idiom that didn't quite translate well. This wasn't a matter that caused unpleasantness, however, it was merely a thing that happened where the framer of the statement had to rephrase something.
Further than this, even, I think the people here tend to be quite interested in other players' local idioms that used to express any particular concept.
