I like it. It makes me think of a scene in a nightclub, full of people dancing, where some meeting is about to happen regarding weapons trading or something like that, but in the end everything goes wrong and a fight/shooting will be triggered.

I don't know why people say Cyberpunk as a genre, if anything it's become a sort of sub genre for synthwave, which this isn't. I guess Cyberpunk was so big on release everyone wanted to get in on the clickbait, it's a bit run it's course by now.
This is more like trance without the trance. Would fit in just fine in something like a Mass Effect club scene.
Your clickbait titles are just cringe though.
