So three of the few old school RPGs I don't own yet are on sale for hardly more than a buck right now, then again I've already spend a lot on games I might not even play, and several RPG classics in my backlog are yet untouched. Is there any good reason why I should consider giving Wasteland, Darklands or Challenge of the Five Realms a try nevertheless?
Wasteland looks a bit grindy and the GOG version seems to have some issues with crashing, Darkland looks interesting but it sounds like a hard game, Challenge of the Five Realms looks kind of nice, too, but I expect Ultima-like clunky UI, and the time limit would probably ruin my fun, as I mostly like the exploration aspect in RPGs ...
