I got the game Frostpunk from amazon prime games on Gog. It comes with alot of patch files, but no explanation of them.

Should I install all these patches? If so, what order?

Patch files are actually only necessary to use if you have an older version of the game and would like to update the old version. So, you do not need to install any patches and just need the base game files, not the patches.

The version number is listed for each file. It's a bit difficult to parse visually, but you can see that the offline installer is already the latest version. You only need the paches if you downloaded the installer prior to the last update.
