I was under the impression it would release here earlier this week, and here we are on Wednesday and still not here?

I'm not terribly impatient most of the time, but what's the hold-up? I want to slay ocean-going Greek mythological creatures and restore order to the Sea!!!
GOG is the hold up ! they are supposed to test the expac and updates with it i assume but then quickly realized that it's much more fun to have long breaks every day with cakes LOTS of different cakes. After that they are simply too tired to work.

I understand, it's frustrating to wait.

There were "major and unforeseen issues" which must not have been solved yet:

Silly answer: The GOG bears are keeping them away from their test machines.

Serious answer: What ConsulCaesar said.

Also, you have great taste in game dlc +1

I have to heavily reconsider Twitter when that seems to be the only place some news is released? Why do they have to use such a shitty platform to convey news instead of something easier to use and follow? I don't see how you can find anything on Twitter...

They probably use it because many people do and/or use it to keep tabs on businesses/people often.

As for ease of use....it gets easier with more use, like learning the tax code or the secrets of the masons. o.0
Good dlc. I waitng for GOG version:)

Not exactly a big fan of Twitter here, but it's good for direct communications between creators and their fan base. I don't think this was supposed to be news or an announcement, just a conversation with a fan that asked about the GOG release (and with Twitter being public, it can conveniently be seen by the rest).
I heard that it sunk into the sea.

Bah, if Indiana Jones can find it(and loot it) then so can GOG. ;)
I see people eager to get bored by clicking.

And it's a shame, TQ looks pleasant enough that one would want it to play well too.

If you wanted to be fair/go that route, one could say we all like boring ourselves by inhaling and exhaling all day long or one could also break everything down into it's basic component actions/parts......this doesn't mean one cannot derive fun/enjoyment from even things like "clicking repeatedly" in a game. In this case, people
play for the story/visuals/music(if any)/enemy types(and how they are styled)/etc, NOT just to click things. ;)
Aside that TQ is none of this.
Mainly CC monsters and combat is greatly reduce to mainly clicking.

Perhaps I have a wrong perception.

You're playing wrong. I use a piano build with a lot of different abilities. Not as much a piano build as my Grim Dawn characters, but you don't just click on monster until dead like in Diablo...
