I have a PC Cyberpunk issue that I can not get an answer to , and the useless AI support is so dumb
Can anyone offer some possible solutions as to why my Cyberpunk would require verification each time I attempt to load the game ?
Once the game verifies it sometimes loads and other times it doesn't
I have reinstalled the game twice now
My computer is up to date

Support is a mess right now but if the solution isn't there you could send them a ticket.

I think it is to verify some extra goodies for pre orders or special editions but I don't know for sure because I haven't played the game.

Let’s be honest here: support has been a mess for years already. With no hint that it is ever going to get better.

There most probably has been a conscious choice at some point to not scale the size of the support team when the store itself grew, so the undersized team is surely still triaging support request from several months ago, and new requests piling up quicker than they physically can go through them.

The chatbot should prompt you for your e-mail address if you repeatedly say it wasn't helpful. If you can't get past it, you can bypass it with a user style.

My support response time has been 5 weeks for the most part. I'm currently waiting on ticket 1232823 that I opened January 1st.

Because it’s (cyberjunk) a dreadful piece of rubbish. On the plus side it does have some nice online gated content.

Just a guess, but maybe it's due to the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 has DRM in it? "Right now" is quite the understatement. Support has been a mess for the last year or two, with no end to the mess in sight at any point in the future (on the contrary, things are getting worse, hence the chatbot).

But "right now" implies like it's a new and temporary thing. But really, no, it isn't.

once they payed the fines and settled out of court, Fuckpuck (cyberjunk) still made them a shit load of money so you can expect more of the same moving forward are you using dropbox or a Vpn?
check the path to the game install and the saves

I'm being hopeful that it gets fixed, I defiantly know it has been a mess for a while.
Mainly after the cyberpunk 2077 mess up...
