I have over 200 hours on the bards tale trilogy, but now when I load the game the screen is not filled with my details. When I contacted GOG support, they said the SAV file from my laptop is corrupted.

I thought autosave saved it to a central server?

It does cloud save if you're using Galaxy. If your laptop has corrupted files, try resyncing or managing your files. I don't have Galaxy in front of me right now, but there is a way to look at your files. Hopefully your cloud save has an uncorrupted version.

The saving (uploading) is automatic after you quit the game (as long as you ran it through Galaxy). The recovery is also automatic, but you can manually download your cloud saves by going to "Backups and Goodies" and downloading "Cloud Saves Backup Copy".
