Check the gamecard for the main game, should be on the right.
Might be baked in for some games.

Any specific game?
I have tried the little down pointer and there is nothing there for DLCs.

Grim dawn: Ashes of Malmoth
Pillars of Eternity: The White March.

They do show if i use Gog Galaxy but I do not want to use that bugged thingy. I'm trying to get
away from Steam so why would I use GOG galaxy?

I'm not sure what you mean by "little down pointer". In any case, via web browser, just click the base game in your library, then expand the part that says "Download offline backup game installers"; the DLC installer files will be in a separate section underneath the installer files for the base game.
If they're not there, check your order history to make sure your purchase(s) got processed all right. If everything's fine there, try an account refresh.
And if all else fails, contact Support.

Some DLCs may not appear on all operating systems, so if you see it available for some OS, but not your OS, then it's the case of your OS not being supported.

Also, if your DLC is a soundtrack or something like that, it will appear in the extras.
Game based DLCs should be downloaded automatically if you use Galaxy. If they aren't you can click on the game / MORE / Settings - and tick any unchecked boxes next to the DLC to have Galaxy download it.

If using the browser to download - GOG.com - ACCOUNT username) / GAMES / Click on game / DOWNLOAD OFFLINE GAME INSTALLERS

If you're after non-game DLC like soundtracks etc do the above in the browser - they are listed on the gamepage under extras

Okay that works, clicking the "Download offline button".
Thks. HunchBluntley.

But I do believe there should be a more direct indication that my DLCs are in my Library.
P.S.
I don't know how to properly show others posts within my reply post. Hope that made sense :)
