Good guess. You didn't specify the week, which was another good idea. :)
The Double Fine guys are waiting for Sony NA's approval on their PlayStation 4 build of the game and will probably release all their platform versions immediately, simultaneously, as soon as they have Sony's green light.
Verification process usually takes about two weeks, so Tuesday next week or Tuesday the week after is a fair bet. Unless Double Fine fucked something up. :p
