It can't have existed like this for too long, but then again I rarely view the Support pages (other than to send suggestions to support :P).

I wonder if there's well-made preexisting software they could use for other parts of the site (aside from the forum of course).

I was taking a tour of their offices last time it was done and snagged this picture.

If you really have to know, the 'new' or current support has been active at least since November, maybe even October.
