Is it 12:01 AM in my timezone or do I need to wait for Pacific or GMT or something like that?

In the history of GOG, there have been only 3 times that games have been available for pre-load; Witcher 2, Witcher 3 and Tyranny. I assume that you are talking about Tyranny and estimates are that the game will be available to play in 22 hours.
