Sirrocketdog: I've refunded quite a few games today as I found them cheaper, but wanted to know when do the games get removed from your library?

LordCephy: Since I've had to do one refund request due to a game that was determined to not work on my computer, I can actually answer this -

The game is removed from your library at the same time that it is refunded.

If you elect to do wallet funds, which I did as I was going to be making another purchase, you'll see the refund immediately.

If you're looking to have the refund back to a credit card, there is going to be a delay between when the refund is issued and when it is reflected on the credit card. However this is not unique to GOG and is true for all refunds to credit cards. Retails stores around here usually take a day or two before the refund is reflected.
That's good to know thanks, I also bought F01&2 but not really feeling them, plus saw they're on game pass.

Thanks for answering :)

Zimerius: I found it so cheesy when they asked "the money will be transferred to your wallet" if that's all right with you. Like a physical store trying to give you a coupon for the same amount of money instead of transferring the sum back into your account, where it originally came from.

Good customer service seems to be, to return the money always to a banking account instead of this cooked up behaviour probably made up by someone who had to play the wh*re, or classy escort ..... to pay for study. (which is all right, don't get me wrong, it is just an indication from where someone's coming, right)
yeah :D
gamers are not entitled enough and they just let them pushed around by corpos :=
