Anyone know what's upcoming for good games in the next 12 or so months? I'm a bit out of the loop as far as what's in development goes. I prefer the western CRPG genre, but I also like some action RPGs and strategy games.

Reason I'm wondering is I sat down last night and wrote out a list of all my games and was... disturbed at how many i have and how many on that list are yet to be played. So I think I'm going to slow down on my purchases for a bit and try to whittle it down to absolute 'must-haves'.

As a starter, I know Wasteland 2, Dead State, and now Project Eternity are all slated to appear in the next 18 months or so. Possibly Age of Decadence as well. These are all up my alley, so are on the "gotta catch 'em all" list.

Ironically, while intending on cutting down on my purchases, I'm asking for suggestions on what the upcoming 'must-haves' are. Heh. Anyway, toss out anything you think might be good to consider. I'd appreciate it.

Shadowrun Returns, Cyberpunk by CDProject RED, Divinity: Original Sin (confirmed to be turn-based!) and Sacred 3 (aRPG) comes to mind. There's a few others that has been mentioned on this forum several times but I forgot them.

After checking the others I found this: Gorky 21 Announched There are articles about it back at 2011 but I figure one from 2012 is better posted. Apparently stated to be released 2012 Q4 but I haven't heard smack about it so maybe something happened.

I tried Path of Exile myself but I've lost interest in aRPGs over the years and personally thought it was quite dull.

Driftmoon (indy RPG) sounds good, and it's coming out in the next few months.

Is Dishonored coming on PC as well as consoles? I'll have to say I'm intrigued by the Thiefesque style of the game.

Shadowrun has already been mentioned, but with any luck Wasteland 2 will be coming out next year as well.

I have Code Hero and it's shaping up to be quite good.

Yes, Windows, 360 and PS3. Fortunately the PC version will have a lot of options and seem to not be a simple console port.

Thirded, it's really shaping up as a superb (free) game.
