Hey!

So I bought Darkwoord. It's like a less than 2GB and it downloaded pretty quickly.

But Galaxy just keeps on spinning and spinning unable to install it. It gets stuck at syncing cloud saves(I have no cloud saves) and doesn't go past that. Exiting Galaxy finished the install, but as soon as I start it, starts downloading a 105mb patch for the game and then gets stuck at syncing cloud again.

Any fix for this?

Yes. Download the classic offline installers without Galaxy and just install them. You'll find them probably under 'More' unless you are using an extension that makes them visible right away.

Not sure what's the problem, since I don't use Galaxy, but if you just want to play the game, you can install it from a standalone installer and forget about Galaxy completely.

If you do want to use Galaxy, someone else will have to help you. All I know is you can use this to report bugs:

Thanks for the replies. I'm downloading the standalone installer.

Galaxy used to work just fine, but it's become really slow and unresponsive.

Other thing I noticed is it eats up all my bandwidth as if it's trying to download something, but nothing is downloading...

Try to disable cloud saves under client settings and report the issue on mantis with logs.
