Mikie on the C64 aka High School Grafitti or the Japanese localisation Freshman Employee Toru. That screen is the between level bit where you have to dodge the janitor and other people in the hall going to the next classroom.

Next one should be pretty easy
Obviously this is correct. Not surprisingly I know the answer for the next one but as it can be foreseen I won't give the answer this time ;)
