I know that one! Although I only remembered Kult. Further research revealed that the full title is Kult: The Temple of the Flying Saucers or Chamber of the Sci-Mutant Priestess (US Version).

Sorry for the long delay, I lost my internet connection for the rest of the evening ... Makes you appreciate the games that are truly DRM-free even more.

Grand Monster Slam. I have this game, C64 version (just like the image I posted). You've clearly posted different version (Amgia, Atari ST?) but it must be the same game :)
