snowkatt: nothing
i dont care about all that extra crap like trading cards badges exp achievements and al that rot
i just like to play the games
Uhm, that's the point, if you don't care about badges then you sell the cards. How do you get cards? By playing games (or use programs to idle), then you just sell them, after a while you will get enough money to buy new games.

I have now 10€ on my steam wallet (had way more before) from the cards and i'm gonna use it on some indie games during the sales.
around $15, but i usually sell higher price cards (only from game drops!) to buy lower price cards, that way i can increase my steam level without using real money. i think i'll stop in lv.30 because i just need 2 more showcase box in my profile..

btw,
here's a good statistic tool to calculates cards in steam market steam tools cards/

it can calculate your inventory's cards total value or how much badges you need to increase level as well, in case you want to know (just log in from steam account)

if you're being lazy to farm cards from all those games, use this program idle master

i dont even care to sell them
i have zero interest in the things i dont even know which ones i have nor do i care
$0
Around $6.
I'm limited to 200 sales in a year because I'm unwilling to give Steam my actual verifiable address. Currently I have about 300 cards. I'm thinking come January, I'll complete a couple sets with 1-2 cards remaining, and sell 200 of the most expensive of the rest. Apparently the total value is at $25, but it is unlikely I'll get that...

Maighstir: About US$0, or 0€ with most conversion rates. I'd guess that's about AU$1953 so the Australians can figure out how many games can be bought for those amounts.
If my informants are correct they could buy approximately 0.027 games with that.
An astonishing amount of... €0.07 :D I just started the whole market thing though.

You should, if you play frequently on steam then youd of got quite a few. Put them all up for sale and you'll generate a decent amount of money. for 9p a pop, you can do well with just wanting rid of them.
Update: $122
It's difficult to calculate exactly (Steam lists every single post, repost etc....and I don't have the patience to add them all up - plus I've sold cards for another Goglodyte so that adds to the complexity). However I'm pretty sure I had over $50 to spend on the last summer sale and plenty before that - so yeah, selling cards can be pretty profitable.

Now can someone tell me how to buy extra days of life to play all the games I've amassed? Yanno, work and laundry and dog walking etc tend to take away game playing time ;-p
Well, since my last post in August, I am now at 39 cents! Wheee! Expensive silks for everyone! Now, we make party!

It isn't difficult to calculate, Enhanced Steam does it for you under your market listings :) Sometimes it can be a little buggy but generally updates with the correct total after a while. I keep an eye on mine so I know it is accurate. It only calculates sales, not listings, but does add up the total of all currently listed cards as well.

Yes but I have to take into account the cards I've sold for a friend (usually they then spend it on gifts for goglodytes!)....

At one moment, I would say around $1.80. One of those were a foil though!! All together I would say that the cards have netted me about $11.
